Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Genie’s Outlet offers refunds, exchanges, and store credits under the following conditions:

– All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

– Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging

– Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests

– Shipping charges are non-refundable

– Restocking fees may apply to certain products

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

– Firearm accessories that have been installed or used

– Ammunition

– Custom-made or special order items

– Clearance or final sale items

– Any item showing signs of use or damage

3. FIREARMS REFUND POLICY

Due to federal and state regulations, firearms are subject to the following specific refund conditions:

– Firearms may only be returned to the original FFL dealer where the transfer was completed

– A 10% restocking fee applies to all firearm returns

– The firearm must be in new condition with no signs of use

– Original packaging and accessories must be included

– Firearms must be returned within 14 days of the transfer date

– All applicable background checks and transfer fees are non-refundable

4. REFUND PROCESS

To initiate a refund:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase

2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible

5. Ship the item to our returns address

5. REFUND TIMELINE

– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

– Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

6. EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same process as refunds but require placing a new order for the desired item. We recommend waiting for the refund to process before placing a new order.

7. WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims are handled separately from our refund policy. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

We use the following carriers for domestic shipments:

– Federal Express (FedEx)

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

– Product weight and dimensions

– Shipping destination

– Selected shipping method

– Any applicable discounts

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons.

5. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected:

– Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

– Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

– Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

6. FIREARMS SHIPPING POLICY

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer for transfer. We do not ship firearms directly to consumers.

FFL REQUIREMENTS:

– You must provide a valid FFL certificate during checkout

– The FFL holder must be willing to complete the transfer

– You are responsible for all transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer

– We verify all FFL certificates before shipping

FIREARMS SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

– We will not ship firearms to states with restrictions that prevent legal transfer

– We comply with all state-specific firearm regulations

– Some firearm types may be prohibited in certain states

STATE-SPECIFIC FIREARMS RESTRICTIONS:

– California: Compliant firearms only, serialized magazine capacity restrictions apply

– New York: No assault weapons, magazine capacity restrictions apply

– New Jersey: Strict assault weapon definitions, magazine capacity restrictions

– Connecticut: Magazine capacity restrictions, assault weapon restrictions

– Massachusetts: Strict assault weapon definitions, magazine capacity restrictions

– Maryland: Magazine capacity restrictions, assault weapon restrictions

– Illinois: Magazine capacity restrictions in certain jurisdictions

– Washington: Magazine capacity restrictions, assault weapon restrictions

– Colorado: Magazine capacity restrictions

– Hawaii: Strict magazine capacity restrictions

– Vermont: No magazine capacity restrictions but background checks required

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any state where we determine compliance would be overly complex or where legal risks are too high.

7. AMMUNITION SHIPPING

– Ammunition is shipped via ground transportation only

– We comply with all hazardous materials shipping regulations

– Some states have restrictions on ammunition purchases

– Signature required for all ammunition shipments

8. ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking information that will be emailed to you once your order ships.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

– Report any damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery

– Report any lost shipments after 7 business days of expected delivery

– We will file claims with the carrier for lost or damaged items

10. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
